A clearer
conversation.
Here is how the inquiry feature handles the information you choose to share.
What you share.
A private inquiry asks for a name or nickname, email address, topic and message so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, answered. Replies are not automatic. Your reply email address is not displayed publicly.
How it is handled.
Cloudflare processes connection and security information and stores submissions for the site's operation. The application stores rotating pseudonymous abuse-prevention tokens rather than raw IP addresses. Submitting under a nickname can limit what you disclose, but it does not guarantee anonymity. Technical information may be processed for security and reliability.
Submissions may be reviewed with automated drafting tools. Summaries and draft replies may appear in private notifications to the owner through an email provider. Draft replies are reviewed before they are sent; a submission does not trigger an automatic response.
Retention.
Private inquiries and historical pending comments in the website database older than 180 days are deleted during subsequent valid site activity; cleanup is not scheduled, so they may remain longer if there is no activity. Provider backups may persist longer. Historical comments are no longer displayed or accepted. Previously approved historical comments remain private in the website database until manually removed. Private working copies, reply drafts and owner notifications are retained separately for review and record keeping until manually removed; they are not covered by the database cleanup. You can request removal using the contact details below.
Keep sensitive details private.
Please do not submit brokerage credentials, account numbers, personal financial records, payment information or trade instructions. These forms cannot accept funds or execute trades.
